FIVE Weekly Cash Drop / Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The FIVE Weekly Cash Drop (the "Promotion") is sponsored by EBRINGER L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, License No. 2647728.01 (the "Sponsor"). Contact: support@fiveclub.app.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York and Florida) and the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and contractors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household as any such individual, whether or not related. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion consists of recurring weekly drawings, each referred to as a "Cash Drop." Each weekly entry period (the "Entry Period") begins on Monday at 00:00 Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and closes on Thursday at 23:59 EST. The drawing for each Entry Period is conducted on Friday at 8:00 PM EST (the "Drop").
The Promotion continues on a weekly basis until the Sponsor publicly announces its conclusion. The Sponsor will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice before discontinuing the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
a. Automatic Member Entry (no additional action required). Active FIVE members (those with an active or trialing subscription during the Entry Period) are entered automatically into each weekly Cash Drop. Members do not need to take any additional action to enter.
b. Free Method of Entry / Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE"). No purchase or membership is necessary to enter. Any eligible person may submit one (1) free entry per Entry Period by visiting fiveclub.app/free-entry and completing the entry form with a valid full name and email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided; the entrant must click the verification link in the confirmation email to validate their entry. Entries submitted without completed email verification are void.
Free entries are limited to one (1) per person per Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person in a single Entry Period (whether by the same or different email addresses) will result in all entries from that person for that period being voided. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries submitted outside an active Entry Period are void.
c. Equal Treatment. Every valid entry, whether from a member or via the free method of entry, carries equal odds per entry. Cash Score (defined below) is available to all entrants on identical terms. The method of entry does not affect an entrant's ability to accumulate a Cash Score.
5. Cash Score
Each entrant has a "Cash Score," which is an entry weight applied during the drawing. Cash Score is calculated as follows:
- Tenure: One (1) point for each consecutive weekly Entry Period in which the entrant submits or is credited with a valid entry. A missed Entry Period resets the streak to zero.
- Referrals: Two (2) additional points for each new person who enters the Promotion through the entrant's unique referral link and completes at least one valid entry.
Cash Score is never increased by payment amount, membership tier, or any form of monetary consideration. Free entrants accrue Cash Score on the same terms and by the same formula as paid members.
A higher Cash Score results in a proportionally higher weighting in the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the entrant's Cash Score relative to the total weighted entries received for that Entry Period.
6. Drawing Procedure
At the close of each Entry Period (Thursday 23:59 EST), all valid entries are snapshotted and locked. No entries may be added, removed, or modified after the snapshot.
Prior to the drawing, the Sponsor publishes a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the drawing seed. The drawing is conducted on Friday at 8:00 PM EST using a weighted random selection algorithm without replacement, in the following order:
- One (1) Grand Drop winner
- Ten (10) Mini Drop winners
- Fifty (50) Micro Drop winners
No person may win more than one (1) prize per Cash Drop. If a person's entry is selected more than once in the same drawing, the duplicate selection is discarded and an additional selection is made from the remaining entries.
After the drawing is complete, the Sponsor reveals the drawing seed so that any entrant may independently verify the results using the previously published hash.
The Sponsor's determination of winners is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
7. Prizes
Each Cash Drop awards prizes in three tiers:

Prize amounts for each tier are announced in the FIVE club room and on the FIVE website no later than the beginning of each Entry Period. The total number of prizes per Cash Drop is sixty-one (61).
Prizes are awarded in US Dollars (USD). No prize substitution, transfer, or assignment is permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Approximate total retail value of all prizes per Cash Drop varies by week and is published alongside the prize amounts.
8. Winner Notification
Winners are announced publicly in the FIVE club room (Telegram channel) immediately following the drawing, identified by first name and last initial only. Winners are also notified individually via the email address associated with their entry within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing.
Each winner must respond to the notification and provide valid payout information within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within seven (7) days, or failure to provide valid payout information within fourteen (14) days of notification, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that Cash Drop at the Sponsor's discretion.
9. Prize Fulfillment
Prizes are fulfilled via electronic payment to the winner's designated payout method within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing, provided the winner has valid payout information on file. If payout information must be collected after notification, fulfillment will occur within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of valid payout information.
For US residents: winners whose cumulative prize winnings from the Promotion equal or exceed six hundred US dollars ($600) in a calendar year will be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number (Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) and to complete an IRS Form W-9 before further prizes are fulfilled. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the applicable calendar year. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received.
For UK residents: prizes are not subject to UK income tax under current HMRC guidance for competition and lottery winnings, but winners are responsible for determining their own tax obligations.
All other winners are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from prize winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
10. Prize Forfeiture
A prize is forfeited if:
- The winner cannot be contacted at the email address associated with their entry after reasonable attempts by the Sponsor;
- The winner fails to respond to the notification within seven (7) days;
- The winner fails to provide valid payout information within fourteen (14) days of notification;
- The winner is determined to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules;
- The winner declines the prize.
Forfeited prizes may, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries for the same Cash Drop, or returned to a future prize pool.
11. Publicity
Winners are identified publicly by first name and last initial only (e.g., "Jenna M."). Full names, email addresses, and other personal information are never published. By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their first name and last initial, approximate geographic location (city/region), prize amount, and Cash Score for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winners are not required to participate in any publicity activities as a condition of receiving their prize.
12. Membership and Subscription
FIVE membership is a separate subscription product. Membership includes, but is not limited to: automatic weekly entry into Cash Drops, access to the FIVE club room (Telegram), the FIVE member dashboard, Cash Score tracking, and referral tools. Automatic entry into the Cash Drop is one benefit of membership and is not the sole purpose of the subscription.
Membership is billed at $4.99 per week following an initial seven (7) day free trial period. Members are notified by email before the first charge following the trial. Members may cancel at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and removes the member from future automatic entries. Membership fees are non-refundable.
The existence of the Promotion does not create an obligation for the Sponsor to continue offering membership at any particular price or on any particular terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
- Participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity;
- Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize;
- Technical failures, including but not limited to: website malfunctions, server errors, interrupted or unavailable internet service, software errors, delays in the operation of the drawing, or any other technical problem;
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the drawing;
- Lost, late, misdirected, garbled, delayed, or incomplete entries;
- Printing, typographical, or other errors in any Promotion-related materials;
- Any injury, damage, or loss of any kind to persons or property arising from or in connection with the Promotion.
The Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical difficulties, network congestion, or any other reason.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THAT ENTRANT IN MEMBERSHIP FEES DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any part thereof) at any time if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In the event of termination, the Sponsor will fulfill prizes for any Cash Drop that has already been conducted. If a Cash Drop must be canceled after the Entry Period has closed but before the drawing is conducted, all entries for that period will carry over to the next scheduled drawing.
The Sponsor may amend these Official Rules at any time. Material changes will be announced in the FIVE club room and on the FIVE website at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended rules.
15. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages shall be awarded.
These Official Rules and any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
16. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at fiveclub.app/privacy. By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
Personal information collected includes: full name, email address, payout information (for winners), and taxpayer identification information (for US winners exceeding the $600 threshold). This information is used solely for the administration of the Promotion and is not sold to third parties.
17. Winner List
For a list of winners for any Cash Drop, send a written request specifying the Cash Drop number(s) to support@fiveclub.app within thirty (30) days of the applicable drawing. The winner list will include first name and last initial, approximate geographic location, and prize amount only.
18. Entire Agreement
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between each entrant and the Sponsor with respect to the Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
